She offers a decade of expertise in managing a diverse range of events—from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences—and brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and industry knowledge to every project.

Lily Runnels is an event professional with a passion for creating impactful, large-scale experiences. A May 2025 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in General Business, she brings a strong blend of service expertise and operational insight. Lily began her career in weddings, developing a sharp eye for detail before transitioning into corporate events, where her organization, creativity, and calm under pressure stand out. Known for her thoughtful execution and ability to anticipate client needs, she brings fresh energy and reliable excellence to every AVE project.
