The HFA Together Conference is a large-scale internal corporate event infused with team building, after parties, entertainment, outdoor activities, and so much more. With nearly three full days of activities, attendees got to listen to incredible keynote speakers, panel discussions, participate in team building activities, embrace the ‘after-work hours’ parties, sing karaoke, dance and celebrate work ‘wins’ all while having a chance to build relationships with one another.

Since the priority for the client was ‘attendee experience’, we ensured there were a variation of activities throughout the day. We coordinated all logistics, speakers, and activities from outdoor games, table conversation cards, local dessert pop-ups and food trucks, with an after party to close out each night. We even helped coordinate an employee boat race. With such a big focus on team building and attendee participation, we were able to create some memorable experiences for people to enjoy no matter their interests. By prioritizing team building and attendee engagement, we created memorable experiences for everyone.

The Together Conference presented a unique set of challenges, including coordinating multiple venues and accommodating nearly 200 out-of-state attendees. Despite the complexity of the conference, our team was up to the task, executing an engaging and efficient event, seamlessly managing every detail.
